Founded in 1993 as Coleman Business Solutions (CBS), HCL, LLC offered services creating customized databases using Microsoft Access as well as offering training on the MS Office Suite applications.

In 2013, CBS re-organized as HCL, LLC, bringing over 40 years of cumulative information technology (IT) subject matter expertise in the healthcare, insurance, banking and manufacturing industries.
